Cancellation policies are as follows, and vary by property:
Non-Prepaid Reservations use your credit card to hold your reservation until you arrive for check-in at the hotel. HotelPricer.com STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that you confirm non-prepaid reservations directly with the hotel, no sooner than 24 hours prior to check-in. These policies can vary depending on location and season. If you do not cancel the reservation prior to 24 hours prior to arrival the hotel will charge your credit card for one nights stay.
Cancellations can only be accepted within the specified timeframe that are displayed on your confirmation. Additional hotel refund policies are applicable. No reservation can be cancelled after the date of check-in, and guests are responsible for any and all "no show" charges. Refunds are at the discretion of the hotel and may not result in full refunds. On some non-prepaid hotels, hotel companies require a deposit up to and including the full amount of the stay, which will result in non-refundable cancellations and no modifications allowed. Cancellation should be requested by calling customer service at 1-888-437-2014.
We understand that crisis and emergencies happen, which is why we do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, the change and cancellation polices vary from hotel to hotel, and the terms and conditions you agreed to when making the reservation do apply. Please review the cancellation policy stated on your confirmation. If you want to cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, we will be unable to waive the cancellation fee outlined in the cancel policy. Pet policies vary by hotel. You can filter your search results by selecting "Pet Friendly" from the Hotel Amenities option on the left-hand column of the search results page to see a list of some of the hotels that allow pets. You must call the hotel directly to confirm pet policies, including pet restrictions on breeds.
Some rates have special requirements such as Corporate, Government (including Military), AAA, or AARP membership. These rates will require you to present identification at the time of check-in to prove that you qualify. Hotel properties are NOT obligated to honor these rates if you do not qualify.
HotelPricer.com Travel accepts Discover, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards for all purchases. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Sales Tax will be charged on certain products depending on the shipping address as required by law. Due to the terms and conditions of our various Hotel/Airline contracts, multiple charges may appear on your credit card statement. Cancellation, change fees, and shipping fees will be additional.
All online bookings of hotel and car rental services will generate a confirmation with the number assigned by the hotel or car rental company. However, if your hotel requires an additional voucher, HotelPricer.com will email the voucher to you.
If you are staying in a hotel and need to check out earlier than you had planned, our Customer Service department at 1-888-437-2014 will be happy to assist you. Please be aware that any change in your reservation is subject to the terms and conditions you agreed to when you completed the booking, and the hotel may not be able to refund you for the unused portion of your stay.

On the "Direct Payment" page of the booking process, enter your coupon code in the section marked promo codes. You can also call us any time to make a reservation and our customer service representatives will apply your coupon to your booking for you. The discount amount related to that particular coupon will be deducted from the total price.
